The First Day of Kindergarten!

Lucas Starts school today! AHHH I can't believe that he is already this old! He's so ready for school and his teacher, Mrs. Jones, is amazing. HOWEVER, I am sure going to miss having him here all day! He's such a loving little kid. I can't wait to see how much he grows this year!

Pillow Horses and Bubbles

We miss our big brothers, but it's not stopping Nick and Lucas from having fun! Today Nick turned the couch cushions into horses and we made big bubbles with cups full of soapy water and straws! AND I have to point out the way that Nick braced the cushion with the other cushions.....an engineer's son!

Welcome Baby Tanner!

Today Danny and Melanie welcomed their little guy! Tanner Daniel Staten is here! He's a cute little guy and my boys had so much fun holding him! Nick wanted to take him home with us :) Here's to another Staten boy!

I know that Mike blogged the ride and posted his little video (which I loved) but since the pic's won't be in my blog book I decided to post a few pic's too:)

I also have to say that I loved this ride. I loved being with Mike and doing something like this. I loved riding with Brian and Erin. I loved that I did it and never bonked :) Cache Valley is gorgeous and it was so much fun to see so much of it from my bike!

The Ridd's

I love that I'm linked in with "the Ridd's" . I love them all and am so thankful for their examples and their love. Every year I look forward to the Ridd Reunion. It's always as close to August 30th as they can get it because that was my Great Grandma's birthday, and it's always fun! This year we didn't stay too long because Mike and I were headed to Logan for our ride.....YIKES!

The First Day Of School!

I have a love hate relationship with the first day of school. I LOVE our schools, our teachers, all that the kids learn, all that I get to help with. I HATE having my kids gone all day! I know it's not what most parents say, but I honestly miss my boys so much during the day! This year has been harder too I think because Tyler is starting Jr. High and next week Lucas starts Kindergarten. They're all growing up SO FAST!

This morning Tyler was so excited and really not very nervous. I was nervous enough for him I think! hahahaha. He's so chill about everything! Anyway, he took off for the bus at 7 and came home at 3 happy as a clam!Matt and Isaac were so excited to leave this morning! They both have the teacher that they wanted (Mrs. Cox for Isaac and Mrs. Watson for Matt) and they just couldn't wait to get there! They also came home happy as could be and just a tad tired!

One more week until Lucas starts and then one more and Nick starts preschool! phew at least it's spread out!

Last Day of Summer

Today we decided to go to Toads to play on our last day of summer! The kids had fun and I had fun watching them. I sure love my boys and will miss having them home every day :(

Today is my last day with my sweet wonderful boys! We decided to spend the morning at Toads with Jamie, her kids and Logan. It's been so great having Toads passes! I'm excited for school but man I'm going to miss my boys being here every day!
