Happy Birthday Mary and Matt!

Today we had our "Mary and Matt" Birthday dinner! It was a lot of fun and Matt was happy that we made "Matt safe Hawaiian Haystacks". It was fun to combine their b-day's because I think of Matt as part Mary's. He was born while Mary and Mike were doing everything they could to get pregnant with their own, and Mary was so incredible sweet and loving with baby Matt. He LOVED her from the start. He even looked a lot like her when he was born. In fact at his blessing my Grandpa said "Mary are you sure he wasn't supposed to be yours?" We love Aunt Mary.

ANYWAY, back to the party :) Matt loved his gifts (a book, an "outdoor games" kit, a REAL SL shirt, some baseballs.....) and his "Matt safe cake". I can't believe he's going to be 10!!!!!
