Waterfall Canyon

A few weeks ago Mike took the scouts on a hike up waterfall canyon. Tyler was VERY sick and missed it so when Mike said that there was a board of review on Monday Tyler was pretty bummed. He wouldn't be able to get his second class because he had missed the hike. Well, around 1:30 I suddenly had a thought. I figured that if we checked the boys out of school and really hurried we could probably do the hike and make it to the church in time. Mike was actually all for it! So I ran up and grabbed Tyler and Matt and we were on our way.

It was a beautiful hike and the kids all did a great job, and there were a few tough spots! As we got up to the waterfall and looked out over the valley we could see a BIG storm coming in from the south. We were already in a hurry, but that made it a little more critical! We made it, and we were all pretty tired, but it was awesome!!
