Fall = Canning at the Staten house. My peaches usually come on around
the 15-20th of September but this year they came on at the end of
August! I'm totally buried in peaches but thankfully I have a wonderful
and amazing sister. She came over and helped me can peaches and I
couldn't have ever gotten this done with out her! In just one day we
did 65 quarts! I finished them up with just under 100 quarts! Phew!
