Independence Day 2013!

This year the 4th of July was a little different for me.  I wasn't in charge of ANYTHING for the city!  It's the first time in a very LONG time!  SO because I was free I got to walk the 5k, go to the breakfast and THEN be in the parade!  I loved it!

The parade this year was great too!  Tyler and Matt were riding with their respective classes and the rest of us rode with Mike!  The little ones LOVE throwing candy at their friends!

Then we went up and helped with the kids games while the kids played and then we came home and rested.  It was awesome!

After a nap and some house cleaning we had a great BBQ with the Ovesons.  It was relaxing and fun!  Then it was a great night of sparklers and fireworks!   I LOVE the 4th of July!
