That's What Ya Get For Exercising! OUCH
Well, once again I've messed up my foot. Yesterday I was exercising and came down wrong, rolled to the side and sprained my ankle BAD. UGH. Thankfully I have a great husband that takes care of me and wonderful boys who are going out of their way to help. I'm just hoping to be able to put some weight on it by tomorrow.......hope hope hope :) As much as I wanted a chance to rest, this is NOT what I had in mind.
