Blue and Gold

I love Blue and Gold.  I really love that it was easy this year:)  We had a fiesta!  Yummy tacos, fun pinata's made by the dens and super yummy ice cream with cinnamon tortilla chips and spicy caramel sauce!  I have a great Pack to work with and such great kids!  My favorite things we had were the cactus that Rozanne made out of milk jugs!

Happy Birthday Lucas!

I honestly can't believe that my sweet little Lucas is 7!  7!  Where in the world did all of those years go?  Lucas is one of the greatest kids!  He is sweet and funny and a BIG tease!  I just adore him.  He has a smile that will melt any heart and eyes that sparkle when he smiles.  Oh I love him!

This year we had a fun family dinner and presents on his Birthday.  He was one happy kiddo!

 Then we had the family party....which is always awesome since its Lucas, Zach and Preston.  They always have fun together and I love watching them all get excited about what the other 2 are getting.

THEN (phew February gets a little nuts) We had a combined friend party at Get Air.  Mary and I found a great Groupon which made it super cheap and I don't think the kids could have even hoped for a greater party!

Klondike Derby!

This is the first time that Tyler has ever gone to an actual Klondike Derby.  There have been a lot of winter camps but they haven't ever done the derby.  Ty loved it!  The race was fun.  The activities were fun.  And no one froze to death so I call this a success!

Valentines Day!

I enjoy Valentines Day.  It can be a lot of fun and this year was GREAT!  I made pink bread and rice krispy treats and cut them up with heart cookie cutters.  We made cool Star Wars Valentines this year (nothing ooey and gooey from these boys!) Nick made a super cute valentine for me at preschool AND best of all Matt had the 6th grade Valentines Dance.  OH I loved it!  He dressed up as a 70's disco dude and of course WON best 70's costume!  He was so cute! And best of all....I helped but wasn't in charge!  Wahoo!

Krispy Kreme

Today we took a trip to Krispy Kreme.  The kids love watching the donuts rise and best of all we love eating them!

Itchy Itchy

Isaac went to the Allergy Dr today.  Poor kid.  It turns out he is allergic to dust mites, apples, corn, oats and egg whites.  His poor back was an itchy mess.  I'm just thankful that the allergies are mostly the same as Matt's....and not nearly as bad!
